Specter Rally Participant Terms & Conditions

By submitting an entry form and participating in the Specter Rally: Genesis Tour (the “Rally”), you (“Participant”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Participant and Specter Rally LLC (“Organizer”).

1. Eligibility & Vehicle Requirements

  • The Rally is open to all makes, models, and years of vehicles. However, the Rally is curated for exotic, luxury, high-performance, and enthusiast-oriented vehicles.

  • Entry is limited to 50 vehicles. Placement is not guaranteed until full payment is received and confirmed by the Organizer.

  • All drivers and copilots must be 21 years or older by the start date of the event.

  • All vehicles must have valid registration and current insurance as required by law.

2. Entry Fee & Payment Terms

  • Each registration includes entry for two participants, one vehicle, hotel accommodations (double occupancy), meals as listed, event access, and all rally-related activities.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of registration via the ParkUpFront app. No entry is confirmed until payment is received.

  • All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. There are no refunds for cancellations, participant withdrawal, inability to attend, vehicle failure, or disqualification.

  • Organizer reserves the right to cancel or alter the event due to force majeure or other extraordinary circumstances. In such cases, participants may receive credit toward a future event, at the Organizer’s sole discretion.

3. Insurance, Licensing & Documentation

  • All participants must carry valid state-issued driver’s licenses. International entrants may use a valid license or international driving permit as allowed by U.S. law.

  • Participants are required to carry valid vehicle registration and proof of insurance at all times.

  • Required insurance includes, but is not limited to: liability, collision, and comprehensive coverage. You are responsible for ensuring your coverage applies to participation in multi-day, long-distance events.

  • Organizer reserves the right to request and verify proof of insurance and registration prior to or during the event.

4. Safety, Conduct & Legal Compliance

  • The Rally is a non-competitive, non-racing event. It is not a timed race or contest of speed or performance.

  • Participants agree to drive responsibly, obey all local, state, and federal laws, and show respect to fellow participants and the general public.

  • Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs ability is strictly prohibited. Any violation results in immediate disqualification without refund.

  • Participants must not engage in aggressive driving, street racing, or any behavior that jeopardizes the safety or reputation of the Rally or the general public.

  • Any participant involved in illegal activity, disruptive behavior, or failure to comply with these terms may be removed from the event at the Organizer’s discretion.

5. Branding, Decals, and Sponsorships

  • Each vehicle will receive a decal package including the official Specter Rally logo and event sponsor logos. Decals must remain on the vehicle throughout the event unless authorized by staff.

  • Decals are professionally applied and designed to be removable, but the Organizer is not liable for any damage to paint, wraps, or surfaces during application or removal.

  • Personal or third-party sponsorship branding must be approved in writing by the Organizer prior to the event. Unauthorized branded vehicles may be denied entry.

6. Media, Photography, and Licensing

  • By entering the Rally, Participants grant the Organizer, its agents, sponsors, and affiliates the right to use their likeness, vehicle, name, image, voice, and biographical info in any media for promotional purposes, without compensation or approval.

  • Participants may not commercially use or distribute images, video, or content captured during the Rally without prior written approval from the Organizer.

  • Participants agree to assign all rights to any professional footage or photography created at the Rally to Specter Rally LLC, for full use and distribution at its discretion.

7. Risk Acknowledgment & Waiver

  • Participation in the Rally involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: long-distance driving, fatigue, mechanical failure, adverse weather, traffic conditions, and risk of injury or death.

  • Participants acknowledge they enter the event voluntarily and assume all risks associated with their participation.

  • Specter Rally LLC, its staff, sponsors, vendors, affiliates, and partners assume no responsibility or liability for personal injury, death, property damage, or financial loss incurred by participants, regardless of cause.

8. Indemnification

  • Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organizer, its employees, sponsors, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or legal action arising from participation in the Rally.

  • This includes, but is not limited to: traffic violations, civil or criminal charges, property damage, injury, loss of income, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

9. Force Majeure

  • The Organizer will not be liable for any delay, change, or cancellation of the Rally due to acts of God, weather events, war, terrorism, pandemics, labor strikes, civil unrest, or any event outside of its control.

  • In such events, no refund is owed to the Participant, though partial credit for future events may be offered at the Organizer’s discretion.

10. Termination or Modification of Participation

  • The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry, revoke access, or cancel a registration at any time for any reason, including violations of these terms.

  • Participants removed from the Rally for any reason will not receive a refund.

11. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any legal disputes arising from the Rally will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Ellis County, Texas.

  • By registering, you waive your right to any class-action suit and agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis.

12. Personal Information & Privacy

  • The Organizer will make commercially reasonable efforts to protect Participant personal data, but is not liable for accidental breaches or third-party access.

  • By registering, Participants agree that the Organizer may share limited personal information with event partners and vendors solely for event logistics and communication.
